Information, conditions and procedures for returning products or exercising your right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Return procedure
The goods must be returned to the following address:

Modugno (Bari), 70026 Italy
- In case of defective or damaged products, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- For all other reasons, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- When the return shipment is arranged by the customer, we recommend insuring the parcel, as the customer is responsible until it reaches our warehouse.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned complete in all its parts.
- It should be returned, where possible, in its original packaging.
- It must not show additional damage compared to its original condition.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 2-6 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
The refunded amount may be reduced in the following cases:
- damage during return shipping;
- missing components or accessories;
- improper use of the product;
- inadequate packaging.
Damaged or defective products
If the product is damaged or defective, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
The shipment must be accepted with reservation of control. Without this, damage claims cannot be processed.

“Bargain corner” products
Products in the “bargain corner” may have aesthetic defects or missing components, as described in the product page.
The customer acknowledges and accepts the product condition at the time of purchase.
The right of withdrawal is still valid within 30 days.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Differences may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
Non-compliant returns or storage
If the return does not meet the conditions, the product must be collected from our warehouse.
Alternatively, upon request and acceptance of shipping costs, it can be returned via our courier.
If left in storage for more than 14 working days, it will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
