Terms and conditions governing the purchase of products on Beltom.it
1. Definition and subject of the contract
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code). It concerns the sale of movable goods between BELTOM SAS di TOMMASO BELLINI & C., with registered office in Bari, Via Salvatore Matarrese 20/B – VAT IT08036800723 ("Beltom") and the consumer ("Customer").
The contract is concluded exclusively through an order placed by the Customer via the website beltom.it.
These conditions remain valid until any updates are published on the website.
2. Prices
All prices shown include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are indicated on the product page and during checkout.
3. Purchase and payment methods
Online purchase
The Customer can purchase products through the website by following the guided procedure.
Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with order details.
The order confirmation email finalizes the contract.

4. Product availability
Orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed promptly.
5. Warranty and assistance
5.1 Standard products
Standard consumer warranty laws apply.
5.2 “Bargain Corner” products
Products sold in the “Bargain Corner” section are sold as-is and are not covered by warranty.
They may be untested, not refurbished and may have defects or missing parts.
5.3 Transport damage
To report transport damage, the Customer must:
- select insured shipping;
- sign with reservation upon delivery;
- send an email within 3 days with photos of the damage.
Beltom will provide a prepaid return label and offer replacement or refund.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Customer obligations
- Be of legal age;
- Provide accurate data;
- Act as a consumer.
8. Applicable law
This contract is governed by Italian law.
